Day 2 Intro

3/17/2018

Comments

Welcome to Day 2 of the second-ever Format Library Championship!
Today we'll have one last round of Swiss play before cutting to a single-elimination Top 4 bracket. Here's what the action will look like in Round 5, starting at 11:00 AM EST:

Table 1: WorldGoneMaad (Chaos Control) vs Yinsun/Wavy (Goat Control)
Table 2: Carl Waite (Chaos Control) vs Mascis (Goat Control)
Table 3: HyperBeam (Chaos Control) vs Dinosaur_Ryuzaki (Chaos Turbo)
Table 4: Lucas (Goat Control) vs Celsius_233 (Goat Control)

The usual suspects are here in full force: three Chaos Control decks and four Goat Control decks make up the bulk of the top 8 here today, with a single rogue Chaos Turbo list rounding out the field. Yesterday, we saw a wide variety of tech cards take the competition by storm, including Sasuke Samurai #4, Legendary Jujitsu Master, King Dragun, and Fairy Box, so I personally have absolutely no idea what to expect today. You won't want to miss our live coverage on the Format Library Twitch channel!
