Aggro Burn intro goes here.

This is Shane's Aggro Burn deck that he piloted to a top 4 finish at FLC4. Shane is largely credited with being the first player to use this type of deck competitively with any success. His key innovations were the full anti-TER lineup containing 3 copies of Book of Moon and Compulsory Evactuation Device, as well as monsters like Mataza the Zapper and the Gravekeeper engine. 3 copies of My Body as a Shield allow him to only interact with cards that would destroy his monsters, as the deck cannot devote resources to countering every backrow card the opponent sets.

Historic Era Deck Lists (2005):
The Historic Era of Goat Format coincided with the Advanced Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG tournaments that took place between June and August of 2005. The purpose of displaying these decks is to give historical context to the decks of the Modern Era.
