Summary:
Recruiter Chaos is an aggro deck that runs a full complement of Chaos monsters, supported by full sets of Mystic Tomato and Shining Angel. Unlike many aggro decks, it holds its own in the grind game because thanks to several inherent card advantage engines, namely Chaos Sorcerer and Creature Swap. The deck did not appear prominently in the Historic Era of Goat Format, though it did have success in the Chaos Return Format of April 2006, piloted by Adrian Madaj (European Championship) and Kyle Duncan (SJC Philadelphia). Likewise, the deck was rarely seen in the Exarion Era as Exarion Universe walls recruiter monsters and outclasses Asura Priest.
Details:
Shining Angel and Mystic Tomato are excellent engines for the deck because they are aggressors that can kill most set monsters in the format in battle and they excel at loading the Graveyard with multiple Lights and Darks. In fact it is commonly correct to repeatedly crash multiple Shining Angels or Mystic Tomatoes into an opposing monster in order to set up the Graveyard for multiple Chaos Sorcerers.
Asura Priest has strong synergy with the recruiter monsters, which tend to stick to the field, while Asura returns to the hand at the end of each turn. This allows you to attack with two monsters every turn while leaving yourself less vulnerable to mass removal on your opponent’s turn. Asura Priest also provides the deck with a strong inherent counter to Scapegoat, which otherwise blocks damage from the recruiter monsters. Likewise, both Asura Priest and and the recruiter monsters can combine with Creature Swap to steal opposing monsters for free.
Unlike other Chaos decks like Chaos Control and some variants of Chaos Turbo, Recruiter Chaos completely lacks Scapegoat, which has negative synergy with the recruiter monsters. It also eschews the use of Metamorphosis and Thousand-Eyes Restrict, which would simply grind the deck’s engines to a halt. As a result, Recruiter Chaos does not rely on combos outside of Creature Swap. Thus, one of the deck’s greatest strengths is that it tends to open games very consistently.
The backrow lineup for the Recruiter Chaos deck tends to include 3 copies of Book of Moon and occasionally, Compulsory Evacuation Device. Book of Moon has very strong synergy with Chaos Sorcerer, as it protects them from most threats including Thousand-Eyes Restrict, Snatch Steal, opposing Chaos Sorcerers, and battle traps. Compulsory Evacuation Device can also protect Chaos Sorcerer from these cards, but every time you return your own Chaos Sorcerer it will cost you additional Graveyard resources the next time you want to summon it. This is why Book of Moon is generally preferred, although it is possible to build a deck with both cards.
Finally, Recruiter Chaos tends to play 3 copies of Trap Dustshoot over Sakuretsu Armor in order to remove threats, as its monsters don't mind being attacked in battle. The deck is also usually in a strong position to hold Trap Dustshoot in an attempt to bait the opponent to use S/T removal on it, as the deck can grind longer than most aggro decks. This creates a dilemma for opposing control players who are tempted to destroy backrow that might be Book of Moon in order to resolve a Thousand-Eyes Restrict. Dust Tornado is another solid pick for the deck’s trap lineup as it removes threats, protects Chaos monsters from Snatch Steal, and clears the path for Creature Swap plays.
Overall, Recruiter Chaos is a very solid and fun deck to play. It also has favorable matchups against combo decks and other aggro decks. Chaos Control and Goat Control are somewhat tricky matchups but a skilled Recruiter Chaos player can certainly hold his own against them.

RECRUITER CHAOS - SERAPHIM
This version of Recruiter Chaos was created by The Seraphim and placed second at DCS Juneau in the hands of Alex Juneja (FKA Alex Lisgathe). I think this deck correctly runs max copies of Book of Moon and minimizes the number of Spirit monsters, allowing for more aggressive openings. One Tsukuyomi may have merit though, as it's a good Sangan target and has some synergies with Nobleman of Crossout, Magician of Faith, and Chaos monsters.
RECRUITER CHAOS - KRIS PEROVIC
This list was debuted by Kris Perovic in a recent duel with Allen Pennington published to Youtube. Kris originally used Solemn Judgment in his build, like most other aggro decks, but he quickly discovered that was inappropriate as the deck tended to grind longer and it had more reliable ways to stop the opponent's power plays.
